Private Credit & Equity Advisory: We structure private credit and equity transactions and assist in the formation of asset-based secured lending and GP/sponsor level co-investments.

Investment Advisory: We advise on development and value-add real estate projects for residential (development land, multi-family, seniors housing and student housing) and industrial assets (small-bay multi-tenant and single tenant NNN leased assets).
